My journey from managing complex operations at the Commonwealth Games 2010 to leading over 50+ International Exhibitions as President of TAFCON, has been driven by a single goal: creating measurable value for every exhibitor and visitor.

Founder Director, Elementex India Pvt. Ltd. – Visionary leader and industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in the International Trade Fair and B2B Exhibition sector. As the Founder Director of Elementex India Pvt. Ltd., he brings a wealth of strategic expertise in conceptualizing, planning, and executing large-scale global business platforms.
Professional Legacy – Before founding Elementex, he served as the President of TAFCON, culminating a distinguished tenure where he rose through executive leadership roles including Sr. Vice President, Associate Vice President, General Manager. Throughout his career, he successfully managed a over 50 exhibitions and leading the projects to success.
His Efforts and commitments Created some of India’s most significant industrial events:
- IME – International Mining, Equipment & Minerals Exhibition (2008 to 2025) – Today India’s Largest Mining Exhibition
- MET & HTS – Materials Engineering Technology and Heat Treatment Show (2018 – 2025)
Building the Next Generation of Exhibition Leaders – A strong supporter of power of Human Capital, he has dedicated a significant portion of his 20-year career to mentoring and training young professionals in the art and science of event management. Under his guidance, numerous individuals have been trained in the complexities of New Event Development, Strategic Sales, and On-site Operations. Today, many of these professionals have moved on to hold pivotal roles in their respective careers, serving as a testament to his leadership style – one that prioritizes excellence, professional growth, and the continuous elevation of industry standards.
At Elementex India, this culture of mentorship continues. he is committed to building a team of specialists who share his vision for precision, innovation, and client-centricity in the B2B exhibition landscape.
His expertise spans the entire event lifecycle, from New Event Development and Exhibition Space Selling to Global Vendor Management and Technical Conferences. Notably, he played a critical role in the XIX Commonwealth Games 2010, managing broadcasting compounds for one of India’s Largest Ever Sporting Events.
